A clinic aimed at getting ladies out to experience the incredible variety of mountain bike rides in the St. Louis area. This is an exciting sport, but also a fun way to meet new friends.

You will never get left behind on one of these rides. Our main goals are getting riders trail-ready for a number of terrains, getting some exercise and having fun. These rides will give you the basic knowledge of the mountain bike, handling, body-positioning (climbing and descending), simple drills and techniques to practice on and off the trails.

This course is run in conjunction with St. Louis Team Revolution, a women's-only cycling education and advocacy group.
